WILLS & TRUSTS

A Will or a Trust is a written record of the essential decisions you have made for the people you love and your property.

You can create a Will or Trust that will protect your loved ones and preserve your assets. With one or both of these tools, your legacy can include passing along a financial foundation to the people and the causes that mean the most to you.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

A Durable Power of Attorney is a document that empowers a trusted person to take care of your day-to-day financial and personal business if you cannot.

A Durable Power of Attorney is an essential tool that should be included in your estate plan.  In a Durable Power of Attorney, you authorize someone you trust to step in to handle your money and property for you.

Health Care Directives:
LIVING WILL &
MEDICAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Create a Living Will or Medical Power of Attorney in which you identify a trusted loved one who knows you and your beliefs and empower them to make medical decisions if you cannot.

Health Care Directives such as Living Wills and Medical Powers of Attorney allow you to record your wishes concerning medical treatment and to name a person to act on your behalf regarding medical decisions. If you become seriously ill or injured and cannot communicate for yourself, your medical care providers and your family can turn to these documents for guidance.
